WAY Media Inc. is looking for our next Operations Director to join our fastest growing WAY-FM station in the country.  104.5 WAY-FM launched just over a year ago and serves Portland, Vancouver, and the Northwest with uplifting music and honest conversation.  The Operations Director is an essential role ensuring that all elements of the on-air presentation, production, and promotional execution are at their best.  You’ll also serve as the local on-air voice of the Wally Show and help shape the sound of the station.

The WAY Media Home Office is seeking a highly detail-oriented administrative professional to serve as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at the WAY Media Home Office in Colorado Springs, CO.

This person filling this position will sit at the front desk, greet visitors, answer the main phone line, and perform the general administrative tasks necessary to run the Home Office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to sorting and distributing mail, cleaning common areas, organizing paperwork or information, or doing research.

The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant will also handle the administrative needs of the Digital Media team, monitor NACHA compliance, as well as possibly support other departments at the Home Office as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a keen eye for details and enjoy tasks such as data entry, organization, and list making. To be successful in this position, a person will need an analytical mind and a servant’s heart.

Prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Knowledge of MS Office and a good understanding of computers and digital media will be important. Experience with a donor management database system a plus.
